Do you provide crisis or on call services?
We do not provide crisis or on-call services. Please view local resources and crisis lines above.
How do I get a hold of my provider?
Call the office and speak with front desk staff, who will communicate your needs to your provider.
How do I refill my medication?
Call your pharmacy. If you are having difficulty, you may call the office.
How do I access the building?
Enter through the North entrance and use the elevator on your left and go to the third floor. Upon exiting the elevator Cedar Valley Mental Wellness is on the left.
How much do your services cost?
We accept a wide variety of health insurance plans as well as self-pay options. Please call your insurance provider to determine if mental health services are covered under you plan.
